CLINICAL

RESIDENT DOCTOR

• MBChB / MD degree from an internationally recognized university.
• Must be registered by the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board to practice in Kenya.
• Must have a current retention certificate from the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board.
• Relevant Work experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
• Certification in BLS is mandatory, while certification in ATLS, PALS and ACLS (or equivalent) will confer added advantage.

PSYCHIATRIC NURSES

• Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• BSN degree, KRCHN or KRN/KRM diploma from a recognized institution.
• Higher National Diploma in psychiatric nursing preferable.
• Psychiatric Nursing experience is mandatory in the absence of HND qualification as above.
• Experience in substance abuse treatment (detoxification / rehabilitation) will be an added advantage.
• Certification in trauma counseling is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and with the rest of the psychiatric team.

NURSING UNIT SUPERVISORS

• Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• KRCHN or KRN/KRM diploma from a recognized training institution.
• Must have at least 5 years working experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Theatre and ICU Nursing experience will confer an added advantage.
• Must be able to work independently and with the rest of the nursing team

ICU NURSES

• Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• BSN degree, KRCHN or KRN/KRM diploma from a recognized institution. Enrolled nurses only permissible if they produce evidence of ongoing training or completion of the upgrading course to KRCHN.
• Peri-operative nursing training will be an added advantage.
• Must have at least two years of relevant experience working in a busy theatre.
• Experience with endoscopic / laparoscopic surgery will be preferred.

STAFF NURSES

• Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• Must be BSN, KRCHN or KRN/KRM. Enrolled nurses only permissible if they produce evidence of ongoing training or completion of the upgrading course to KRCHN.
• Must have at least 1 year of relevant working experience.

THEATRE NURSES

• Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• BSN degree, KRCHN or KRN/KRM diploma from a recognized institution. Enrolled nurses only permissible if they produce evidence of ongoing training or completion of the upgrading course to KRCHN.
• Peri-operative nursing training will be an added advantage.

ADMINISTRATIVE

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

• Bachelors degree from a recognized University, preferably in Business Administration.

• At least 2 years working experience in a similar position, preferably in the Healthcare Industry.
• Computer literacy and proficiency is essential.
• Familiarity and experience working with accounting and hospital management software will confer added advantage.
• Must be willing to work flexible working hours.
• Work will involve travel and work outside Nakuru, mainly to Nairobi.
• Will work under the direction of and on behalf of the CEO.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

• Must have a degree (B.A or equivalent) in Human Resource management from a recognized institution.
• 3 years minimum relevant working experience.
• Tangible experience in developing and implementing policies in an organization.
• Demonstrate team player qualities, leadership and human resource management qualities.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills and ability to work both independently and with the rest of the management team.

OFFICE MANAGER ( NAIROBI OFFICE)

• Applicant will manage the corporate office located in Nairobi.
• Relevant experience required.
• Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Computer literacy, good interpersonal and communication skills mandatory.

HOUSEKEEPER

• Relevant Diploma from a recognized training institution in the hospitality industry.
• Relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in the healthcare industry.

ACCOUNTANT

• CPA(K).
• Registration with the ICPAK
• Work experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of accounting and hospital management software will be preferable.

RECEPTIONIST

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Training in customer service an added advantage.
• Work experience in a similar position will be beneficial.

RADIOGRAPHER

• Diploma in Diagnostic radiography from a recognized training institution.
• Registration with the Radiation Protection Board is mandatory.
• Higher National Diploma in ultrasonography will be an added advantage.
